A few months ago I had no idea what essentials oils were and I’m sure a lot of people have no clue what they are so I’ll give a little bit of an explanation. Am essential oil is a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic odor of the plant or other source from which it is extracted. I have been using essential oils for almost two months now and I love them. Essential oils have so many uses and benefits and I am going to tell you some of these today!
